Concentrate your investment
Push the heroes in your primary formation first instead of spreading fragments, skill books, and equipment across the entire roster.
Build for the job
Choose heroes by faction, troop type, combat role, and position. A balanced formation usually outperforms a collection of unrelated high-power heroes.
Improve what changes battles
